Your acceptance of this order is after your careful review of the order details and agreed with but not limited to the price, promotions and product description. We understand that there might be possibilities that you have overlooked some details. In this case, you must notify us as soon as possible in order to request alteration or cancelation. Please refer to the Cancelling & modifying orders section on the follow up.
All refund products will need to be unopened. Please see Returns and Exchanges section for more details. Usually it takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.
For cash-on delivery, refunds are sent in the form of an online redeemable cash coupon (A promotion code will be given by COSME-DE.COM to settle your next order with exact amount). The handling fee paid for Cash on Delivery service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case the address you provided is incorrect and causing the order undeliverable, there will be relevant charges for reship or refund. Please see Undeliverable Package section for more detail. If you suspect the order was lost, please contact us within 90 days for follow up. Please refer to Lost Shipment section for detail and follow up action.
In case of any disputes, COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to make the final decision.
