We try to keep our products available at all times. However, if an item on your order is out of stock when we pack, it will be cancelled automatically from the order to avoid delay of shipment. You will be notified in the order dispatch notification email and we will not charge for that cancelled item. We will replenish it as soon as possible, please come back to our site and check, you are welcome to do a re-order.
Occasionally, you may find that an item is out of stock. It means that it is temporarily unavailable. Normally, an out-of-stock item will be restocked within a couple of weeks and will be available for ordering again.
If there is an out-of-stock item you are interested in purchasing, please check back periodically at "Restock Items" page to see if it’s restocked. And always remember that we add in new items constantly, so you may find something else which interests you.
You can also click on the "Email Me when it’s restocked" link on product page to get an email notification when an item is back in stock. We will only email you ONCE for each item. If you see the item is out of stock again after receiving the notification, that means other customers are acting faster than you. But you can submit your request again by clicking on "Email Me when it’s restocked".
All your requests about Stock Notification will be recorded under My Account > Stock Notification for your review. You can add up to 30 products to your list. An item will be removed automatically once the Stock Notification email is sent.
